Each scoop and blind box is a surprise, all sales are final. However, if something arrives damaged or missing, please contact me within 3 days of delivery at naesnecessities1@gmail.com with your order number and photos. Iโll do my best to make it right with a replacement or store credit. ๐
๐ย Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment ๐ โ right now we only ship within the United States. But donโt worry, weโre hoping to offer international shipping in the future! Stay tuned for updates on Instagram and TikTok. ๐โจ
๐ย Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since our products are surprise-based , we donโt accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your address before checking out to avoid delivery issues.
๐ย Can I update my order or address?
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please email naesnecessities1@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once a label is printed, we canโt make any changes.
